Terms and Conditions — betpkr2 Pakistan Betting Platform

betpkr2 is a real-money betting and gaming platform. To register and use any part of the betpkr2 service, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betpkr2 operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
• You must be registering as a natural individual, not on behalf of a corporation, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on betpkr2 or on any other platform where such exclusion extends to betpkr2.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be employed by betpkr2 or by any supplier or licensee whose relationship with betpkr2 would create a conflict of interest in betting on betpkr2 markets.

betpkr2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to betpkr2's satisfaction may be restricted or closed.

Each betpkr2 user may hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's identity, a different mobile number or any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

When registering on betpkr2 you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and grounds for immediate account termination.

• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your betpkr2 login credentials confidential. betpkr2 will never ask you for your password via any channel.
• Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact betpkr2 support immediately at support@betpkr2.app. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until you notify betpkr2 of a security concern.
• Account sharing: betpkr2 accounts are strictly personal. You may not allow any other person to use your account, regardless of your relationship with them.
• Closure requests: You may request closure of your betpkr2 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing.

betpkr2 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account where suspicious activity, potential fraud, bonus abuse or breach of these terms is identified, pending investigation. During any investigation, betpkr2 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

betpkr2 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Inter-Bank Fund Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betpkr2 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit arrives from a payment method that does not match the name on your betpkr2 account, it may be reversed and the account restricted pending investigation.

betpkr2 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that appears to originate from fraudulent activity or that is inconsistent with responsible gambling limits you have set on your account. Deposits do not earn interest at any time.

betpkr2 processes withdrawal requests to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and is applied consistently across all accounts. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that has not been used to fund your betpkr2 account.

Before any withdrawal is processed, betpkr2 may require identity verification to be completed. This is standard practice across all regulated gaming platforms and is not a reflection of any specific concern about your account. Verification requirements are more likely to be triggered for larger withdrawal amounts or where account activity patterns require additional review.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• IBFT bank transfer: Bank withdrawals are processed within one business day in most cases, subject to standard inter-bank transfer timelines.
• Card withdrawals: Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard are processed within three to five business days depending on your issuing bank.

betpkr2 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the betpkr2 cashier. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours or during national holidays in Pakistan may experience slightly longer processing times than those submitted during standard operating hours.

betpkr2 offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules applicable to all betpkr2 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your betpkr2 account balance in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or in some cases the deposit plus bonus amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• betpkr2 bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Exploiting promotions through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Free bet winnings are credited as withdrawable cash — the free bet stake itself is not included in the winning payout. Free bets expire seven days after being credited unless otherwise specified.
• betpkr2 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• One welcome bonus per household, device and IP address applies. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in the additional bonus being voided.

betpkr2 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, tennis and other sports. The following rules govern how bets are placed, priced and settled on betpkr2.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. betpkr2 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where the platform suspects irregular betting patterns or where a market is suspended.
• In-play betting: Bets on live events are accepted subject to market availability. betpkr2 uses real-time data feeds to price in-play markets. In the event of a data or technology failure during an in-play event, betpkr2 may suspend markets until service is restored. Bets already placed before a suspension are settled based on the final outcome of the relevant market.
• Cancellations and postponements: If a match is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to outright markets where the cancellation does not affect the final outcome.
• Settlement: betpkr2 settles bets based on the official result published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches or the ICC for international cricket. In cases of dispute between betpkr2's settlement and the official result, betpkr2 will reopen the market and re-settle when the correct result is confirmed.
• PSL and cricket-specific rules: For PSL and international cricket markets, betpkr2 applies standard cricket betting rules. Rain interruptions, DLS method adjustments and match abandonment rules follow the standard industry interpretation. betpkr2 does not accept bets from players who have knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of bet placement. Any bet placed using non-public information will be voided and the account reviewed for integrity purposes.

betpkr2 offers a range of casino-style games including live dealer tables, slots, fishing games and crash titles. These games are provided by third-party certified game developers whose titles are independently tested for fairness and randomness.

By playing any casino or game title on betpkr2, you acknowledge the following:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. betpkr2 cannot influence and does not alter game outcomes.

Fishing game results, crash game multipliers and all other game outcomes are entirely outside betpkr2's control and are governed by the certified game providers' systems. betpkr2 is responsible for the accuracy of credits and debits applied to your account based on certified game results — not for the outcomes themselves.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Once set, a deposit limit can only be decreased immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable sustaining within a specified period. betpkr2 will prevent further play once this threshold is reached until the period resets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betpkr2 and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access accounts or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed software error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading or impersonated identity information during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

betpkr2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, connectivity issues or platform downtime. betpkr2's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to returning the balance on your account at the time of the relevant issue.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with betpkr2 that cannot be resolved through the standard complaints process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in betpkr2's complaints procedure, a summary of which is available by contacting support@betpkr2.app.
